HOW WE WORK WITH CLIENTS

We work with family business of all sizes in various sectors across the UK, ranging from businesses with annual turnover in excess of £1bn to less than £1m. Similarly, the pension schemes we advise on range in size from less than £1m to more than £500m. Each one is unique in its stage of development and the scale and complexity of challenge it presents to the business.

Our approach to working with clients begins with a discovery phase. This is where we carry out an appropriately detailed analysis of the pension scheme in relation to the ongoing needs of the business and the long-term objectives of the family shareholders.

We then work with clients to set out a bespoke and fully integrated pension strategy for achieving those objectives in the form of a Discovery Report.

This is followed by an implementation phase, which involves us working collaboratively with all relevant stakeholders (including the scheme trustees and their advisers) until we reach a successful outcome.
